Castle in the marshes of Zala – Egerszeg castle in the 17th century

The virtual reconstruction of the 17th century Egerszeg castle was carried out with the help of archaeologists László Vándor and Zoltán Orha, relying on the results of decades of archeological research, using the inventories and representations of the 16-17th century. We made it based on the architectural models of Gergely Buzás. We used the expertise of József Kelenik to authenticate the fortifications. We made a short film about the reconstruction at the request of the city of Zalaegerszeg and the Göcsej Museum.
