Báthori Castle in the 16th century – theoretical reconstruction

In the center of the huge Báthory estate, in Bátor, the Báthori family already had a manor house in the Middle Ages, which was expanded in the second half of the 15th century. In the 16th century, it was already mentioned as a castle, protected by a palisade. Today, only one palace building remains from it. The expert was Gergely Buzás during the reconstruction.
