Theoretical reconstruction maquette of the Virgin Mary church in Óbuda

We have created the 1:00 scale maquette of the Virgin Mary church based on the theoretical reconstruction created by Gergely Buzás, commissioned by the Museum of Óbuda. After the optimization of the models for 3D printing, 336 hours of printing followed. The finished maquette pieces gained their final state after surface grinding and painting. The final maquette can be viewed in the permanent exhibition titled “Churches under our feet” at the Museum of Óbuda.
